Our office is around 3,500 sq feet and is perfect for any kind of meeting, small event, and photo shoots. It has eclectic art on the walls, large windows, sky high ceilings, that leads out to a courtyard. It is two stories, with many different rooms for different vibes. There is equipment and lights to record videos, podcasts, and photograph. Immediately arresting, interesting, and warm. It is located in a historic building that is a Mediterranean Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival style block-long complex consisting of four courtyard-connected structures, complete with a coy pond. Stunning.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
