Before Your Event: • Sweep and mop all floors • Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, light switches) • Clean and restock restrooms • Remove any leftover trash or items from prior bookings • Reset venue layout (chairs, tables, mirrors, lighting) as per standard setup • Final venue walkthrough to ensure cleanliness and readiness After Your Event: Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after your booking ends to complete the following: • Sweep and mop the entire floor • Wipe down all mirrors, surfaces, and touchpoints • Disinfect restrooms and remove any waste • Empty and remove trash bags (must be tied and placed in designated area by host) • Check for any forgotten belongings and report them to management • Reset the space to its default layout What Hosts Are Responsible For: To help our team work efficiently and avoid extra charges, please ensure the following before leaving: • Remove all decorations (if host wants to keep), catering equipment, and personal belongings • Clean up any large spills (cleaning supplies are available upon request) ⸻ Note: Failure to follow the basic post-event host responsibilities may result in additional cleaning fees. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
