The space features a ready-to-go podcast setup with 2-4 microphones and a comfortable seating arrangement just plug in your laptop and you’re set. Need help with production? We offer an audio engineer and multi-camera video setup for an additional fee, plus video editing services to bring your content to life. The layout includes a soundproof music recording room, a lounge-style area, and kitchen area stocked with complimentary refreshments including a bar. Bright natural lighting making it ideal for interviews, talking head videos, or aesthetic TikToks. The space is secured with 24/7 security cameras in common areas for your safety, and there’s free off-street parking nearby. Whether you’re working, creating, or just vibing—this spot offers the versatility and comfort you need.

Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every guest. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, equipment, seating areas, and countertops. We use EPA-approved cleaning products and sanitize all podcast equipment, mics, and shared items after each use. Fresh linens, towels, and disposable covers are provided when applicable. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use, and we kindly ask all guests to leave the space in the same condition it was found.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
