About the Space
We offer a fully equipped studio space for Photography and Video. Located 10 minutes from the Galleria. If there is anything you need to help with your session our equipment can be rented at a reasonable cost. Easy access from the feeder. Large mirror, vanity and changing area for portraits and Fashion. Clean facilities, free coffee and bottled water! Backgrounds you are free to use as well as reflectors, extension cords, ladder, steamer. Some paper rolls available. Infant props, mannequin top. The garage door does lift up if you need to bring in some larger items or a motorcycle etc.. Table to lay products on or hang clothing on a rack. Safe easy parking just outside the front door. We do have a weekly rate special of $2100.00.

The bathroom facilities are cleaned daily and disinfected as well as wiping down the doorknobs and cleaning the coffee area.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
