Our Cleaning Process: * Routine Cleaning: We implement a rigorous daily cleaning schedule, focusing on high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and restrooms. * Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, we conduct a thorough post-event cleaning, including, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing restrooms and food preparation areas. * Sanitization: We utilize EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all attendees. We are confident that our comprehensive cleaning process will ensure a comfortable and healthy experience for all our guests. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
