Unique Features of This Studio & Event Center Conveniently located just 5 minutes off I-70, this versatile studio and event space offers the perfect setting for a wide range of gatherings — from church services and devotionals to baby showers, choir rehearsals, youth events, and more. The venue includes two spacious 850 sq ft studios, providing ample room for both intimate and mid-sized events. A working kitchenette makes it easy to accommodate catering or refreshments, and two clean, modern bathrooms ensure comfort for all guests. Additional features include in-house speakers for sound support and flexible seating arrangements, with tables and chairs available to suit your event's unique layout and flow. Whether you're creating a calm, focused atmosphere or a celebratory space for connection, this studio offers the flexibility and comfort to bring your vision to life. Pricing rate changes based on the guest count of the event booked.

Dear Guests, We are committed to providing you with a clean and safe environment for your event. We understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene, especially in spaces where large gatherings take place.  Our Cleaning Process: * Routine Cleaning:
We implement a rigorous daily cleaning schedule, focusing on high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and restrooms. 

 * Post-Event Cleaning:
After each event, we conduct a thorough post-event cleaning, including, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing restrooms and food preparation areas. 

 * Sanitization:
We utilize EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all attendees. We are confident that our comprehensive cleaning process will ensure a comfortable and healthy experience for all our guests.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cleaning protocols, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
