I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!

To be completed at the end of each rental
1. Clear All Surfaces
• Remove any personal items, trash, or debris from desks, tables, and seating areas.
2. Disinfect High-Touch Areas
• Wipe down desks, monitors (screen edges only), door handles, light switches, and shared equipment with disinfectant wipes or spray.
3. Tidy Seating Area
• Fluff and straighten cushions on the couch and chair.
• Remove any crumbs or debris.
4. Empty Trash
• Place all trash in provided bins.
• If bins are full, tie and remove the bag, and replace it with a fresh liner (extra liners may be found under the sink or in a marked cabinet).
5. Vacuum or Sweep (If Needed)
• Spot clean the floor if there are visible crumbs or debris.
6. Check Bathroom (If Included in Rental)
• Ensure the bathroom is tidy. Wipe down surfaces if necessary and report any issues.
7. Final Walkthrough
• Do a quick walkthrough to ensure everything is in order.
• Turn off lights and ensure the door is locked upon exit.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
