We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Here’s what you can expect regarding the cleaning process: Pre-Arrival Cleaning: Before your arrival, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the entire office, including all high-touch surfaces, floors, bathroom, kitchen, and living space areas. Fresh microfiber towels are provided for your stay. During Your Stay: We ask that you keep the office tidy during your time here. If you need any additional cleaning supplies (e.g., paper towels, cleaning sprays), they are available in the office for your convenience. Check-Out Cleaning: At the end of your stay, we kindly ask that you do the following to help us prepare for the next guest: Dispose of any trash in the designated bins. Wash any used dishes or leave them in the sink for our cleaning team. Ensure that all doors and windows are locked before you leave. Special Requests: If you would like additional cleaning during your stay (e.g., towel refresh), please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate, based on availability. Please note that our cleaning team will do a final cleaning after your departure, including sanitizing high-touch areas, freshening up the space, and making sure everything is in top shape for the next guest. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
