We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and safe experience. • The studio is professionally cleaned and disinfected between all bookings, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, equipment controls, seating areas, and restrooms. • Microphones, headphones, and other shared gear are sanitized after each use. • Air is circulated and filtered regularly to maintain a fresh environment. • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use during your session. We ask all guests to clean up after themselves and dispose of any trash or food items before leaving. Let us know if you need extra cleaning supplies during your booking — we’re happy to help keep the space fresh and ready for creativity.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
