Located on the first floor of our historic 1920s four-story production studio in Williamsburg, this space delivers period authenticity plus modern production conveniences. The amount of people booked: we are strict about the amount of people booked. You can't book for 3 people and then show up with 7 people or book for 10 people and show up with 16 people. This is called a "booking misrepresentation" & we are under no obligation to do your shoot. We understand especially after a tech scout, production people see so much more potentiality of the space/spaces and the project grows.
