This 1909 Craftsman home is encased in time and has hardly been updated...ever. It original woodwork and architectural beauty can still be glimpsed through the sagging ceilings, decaying cabinets and authentic spider webs. Included is access to a really creepy basement, most appropriate for scenes involving kidnapping, drug manufacturing, murder, or whatever derelict activities you have have in mind. A secure garage space is also avilable for equipment storage if needed.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
