We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable experience. Our cleaning process includes: >Thorough sanitization of all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, remote controls, etc.) before and after each booking. >Fresh linens and towels provided if applicable and replaced between guests. >Floors vacuumed and mopped, and all trash removed and bins sanitized. >Bathroom disinfected, including toilet, sink, mirror, and bidet. >Kitchen and coffee station cleaned and restocked, with all dishes sanitized. >Living room and furniture surfaces wiped down, including the massage chair and arcade console. We ask that guests return the space to its original condition at the end of their booking. Basic cleaning supplies are available on-site if needed during your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
