Lush Outdoor Studio Space (COVID Friendly)

Enter our lush outdoor oasis where you’ll have access to a HUGE fully turf’d upper backyard for your film or photo shoot. The space is outfitted with 3 standing set walls (4 feet x 8 feet), 4 vintage lounge chairs, floor pillows for sitting on the turf, and a retro cooler to fill up with drinks (if you bring any). YES - we have extension chords for night shoots and shoots that require ELECTRIC! If you plan to use our power it’s an additional $5 per hour of the shoot. If you are relying on natural light, battery powered lights, the sun and/ or bounce boards — no additional cost will be incurred. We provide muslin clamps FREE OF CHARGE for any fabric you might bring to hang on the set walls. We recommend you provide your own fabric/ backgrounds. LIFE HACK: JoAnne Fabrics has a lot of cool cost effective fabric options and as long as you don’t cut the fabric... you can return it! Don’t have any fabric or background but you want a few? We have additional fabrics for RENT: GREEN SCREEN fabric ($20 per panel) BLUE SCREEN fabric ($20 per panel) BLACK fabric ($15 per panel) WHITE fabric ($15 per panel) 1 fabric panel covers 1 set wall - if you need more than 1 set wall covered please request more than 1 fabric panel. You can make other fabric color requests up to a week in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you and get the color of your choice. LUXURY ADD ONS: 1. The host will fill the cooler with ice, soft drinks and water for up to 15 people for an additional $30. 2. CRAFTY! Fresh fruit, nuts, chips, etc! The host will create an eclectic spread of snacks for your photo/ film shoot. Option A: For 5 people: $45 Option B: For 10 people: $80 Option C: For 15 people: $120 You can keep your camera/ film gear set up on a table we have in the lower backyard - completely accessible and visible from the upper backyard where the studio is. We have a full farmhouse table and chairs in the lower backyard for you to use as overflow space for your shoot. FEEL SAFE! Our property has a 7 camera system and 2 gates. A gate to the backyard and a gate to the front entrance. Upon request we can lock the front gate for additional security if expensive equipment is on premise. The host will always be on site (in the house) if any questions or concerns arise during your booking. Please call or text the host if needed. The host will not be supervising you in the upper backyard - you will have the space completely and privately to yourselves unless otherwise requested.
