Hilltop with Endless Enormous Views

Unheard of in LA.... A large flat hilltop site with 360 degree views! The house was built in 1942 by a utility company and was used as a power relay station with towers, satellite dishes, antennae etc. It was decommissioned and the towers removed. It was featured in the 1995 film HEAT, with Robert de Niro, Al Pacino.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
