The cottage features a full kitchen equipped with a gas stove and convection oven—ideal for cooking demonstrations or shared meals. A spacious dining room table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it the perfect setting for community dining, workshops, or meetings. Step outside to enjoy the open grassy yard, shaded patio, and private dock with expansive views of Bear Lake. Paddleboards and kayaks are available for guests seeking a peaceful adventure on the water. Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at Bear Lake Cottage Retreat. The space is professionally cleaned before and after each booking. All high-touch surfaces—including tables, doorknobs, kitchen surfaces, and restroom fixtures—are thoroughly sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants. Linens and kitchen items are washed between uses, and hand sanitizer is available on-site. Outdoor areas, including seating and equipment, are also checked and cleaned regularly to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
