At Sky Palace Summit, we follow a thorough, professional cleaning protocol between every stay to ensure a pristine and hygienic environment. ✔️ All surfaces, high-touch areas, and shared amenities are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products ✔️ Linens, towels, and bedding are professionally laundered at high heat ✔️ Bathrooms and kitchen areas are sanitized and restocked with fresh toiletries, coffee, and tea ✔️ Floors are vacuumed and mopped with disinfecting solutions ✔️ We use hospital-grade disinfectants on items like remotes, light switches, and door handles ✔️ Additional attention is given to shared-use areas like the conference table, lounge seating, and espresso station We also inspect the property after every turnover to maintain our standard of five-star cleanliness. For multi-day stays, housekeeping refresh services can be arranged upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
