This smaller event space has been designed and developed to cater to both small and medium-sized trade shows and events. The Lower Level features its own private entrance, an exhibit hall that can hold up to 70 exhibitors (in 10x10 booths), and three meeting rooms. This amazing space has been used to host everything from gourmet experiences to art exhibitions to full-scale trade shows. LOWER LEVEL HALL A With immediate access to the entrance hallway, this 7,000 square foot exhibit hall can accommodate 30 booths (10x10), and can be used for a variety of of needs from fashion shows though to art shows. LOWER LEVEL HALL B Immediately adjacent to Hall A, this 7,000 square foot exhibit hall can accommodate 30 booths (10x10), and can be used for a variety of of needs from fashion shows though to art shows. MEETING ROOMS C & D Included in the Lower Level floor rental, the Lower Level breakout rooms offer space for 60 guests, and provide plug-and-play areas for meetings, sponsored spaces, VIP lounges, highlighted showcases, or standout exhibitions. MEETING ROOM E Included in the Lower Level floor rental, the Lower Level breakout rooms offer space for 80 guests, and provide plug-and-play areas for meetings, sponsored spaces, VIP lounges, highlighted showcases, or standout exhibitions.

Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
