Fees can vary based on the type of event, guest count, vehicle count, and event details. ~ Event Fee Range ~ • 20-40 guests: $1,000 (no onsite coordinator) • 40-60 guests: $3500 • 60-80 guests: $5500 • 80-100 guests: $7500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Inquire Today! We’d love to help you plan your stay and your special event at **Serenita Estate**. RULES: We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violating our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets. No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without prior approval. An additional event fee will be charged. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
