We inherited the original Boardroom of Jantzen Swimwear and we left in its original mid-century modern beauty with original hardwood walls, custom table and seating for 14, hand-painted wall and hidden chalkboard! Includes outdoor patio access and fully AV equipped, including a Chrome and Apple TV-enabled large TV and the OWL Conferencing Systems. A small whiteboard is inside and there is waiting area out front for your guests. Enjoy!

Our space is cleaned nightly and reset between bookings (surfaces wiped down and everything reset).
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
