Our Cleaning Process At LA LUCE, the comfort and safety of our guests are a top priority. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process before and after every event to maintain a pristine environment. Our team uses commercial-grade, non-toxic disinfectants to clean all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as needed, and waste is removed promptly. AV equipment and shared surfaces are wiped down carefully between uses. For multi-day or long-term rentals, scheduled cleanings can be arranged to ensure continued cleanliness throughout the event period. We take pride in providing a space that is not only visually appealing but also hygienically maintained, so you and your guests can enjoy your time here with confidence. If you have special cleaning needs or concerns, we’re happy to accommodate with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
