We are a unique Events and Lodging venue, offering a variety of accommodations to suit your needs and those of your guests. Our Event Barn is perfect for hosting rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, farewell brunches, and more! LODGING INFORMATION: 15 charming Cabin Row Homes 1 barn-styled home called the Old Bar N, featuring 3 King Suites and an Old Time Saloon 5 vintage Airstreams for a fun, retro vibe 10 Resort-Styled RV Pad Sites, perfect for guests who prefer their own space VENUE INFORMATION: Event Barn - hold up to 100 guests Oak Grove - out door venue under oak trees Old Bar N - rent the downstairs saloon for a small party of 20 guests

We have a cleaning staff who cleans between each event and stay.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
