About the Space
Perfect outdoor space for small picnics, parties or group events. Peaceful and accessible yard which is boardered by a creek and backs to a forest. A large section of the yard is completely flat and level and can accommodate a tent. We allow many items and food to be brought in, just check with us. Small creek and woods make an excellent shady backdrop. We can accommodate an event that might have multiple back to back attendees. Gatherings may require a rental of a porta potty. This space can also be rented for photography. A property visit can be arranged. Please book the venue for your desired date and let us know when you would like to set up a visit. We can set up a visit before confirming your rental.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
