All equipment will be available to you on-site, and a team member will be present upon arrival to provide access and a quick walkthrough. Please note, we will not sit in on your shoot. If you anticipate needing hands-on assistance throughout your booking—such as help with lighting setups, equipment adjustments, or managing props—we recommend booking our Photoshoot Attendant add-on. For general questions or support during your session, your host will always be available through the Peerspace app chat. To ensure every guest walks into a fresh, spotless space, we follow a strict cleaning protocol before and after each booking: Surfaces + Touchpoints All high-touch areas are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products — including door handles, light switches, countertops, vanity mirrors, chairs, and equipment. Beauty stations and salon chairs are wiped down and sanitized thoroughly between uses. Equipment + Studio Gear Tripods, lights, stands, and any shared gear are disinfected after each session. Seamless backdrop areas are reset, and clutter is removed to maintain a polished, editorial-ready setting. Floors + Airflow Floors are vacuumed and mopped regularly to remove dust, hair, and production debris. We air out the space between bookings whenever possible and maintain a clean scent-free environment. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
