With rates starting as low as $25/hour for select multi-day rentals, and flexible pricing for hourly, daily, or evening use, this thoughtfully curated space is ideal for professionals seeking comfort, focus, and affordability. The Grounding Loft is cleaned and reset as needed between bookings to ensure a calm, welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, shared equipment) are disinfected, floors are swept and/or mopped as needed, and we ask that all furniture be returned to its original layout. We use unscented or lightly scented eco-friendly cleaning products to maintain air quality for sensitive users. A light cleaning fee is included in the rental rate, and guests are expected to leave the space in the condition they found it. Trash is carry-out, and we ask guests to wipe down any equipment or props they’ve used before departure and to sweep or pick up anything left on the floor..
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
