Welcome to our spacious, industrial-modern event venue—perfectly designed for weddings, conferences, birthday celebrations, and just about any large event you can imagine. With a capacity to accommodate up to 350 guests, this bright and airy space features natural light pouring in through expansive windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy exclusive use of the venue, which includes standard tables and chairs to seat up to 54 guests. Need more seating? No problem—additional tables and chairs are available to rent upon request. The space also features a designated area for a bar and food service, as well as a generously sized break room ideal for catering prep and storage. Your rental includes: On-site event staff (venue manager + support team) Setup and tear-down time (30 minutes before and after your event) Basic cleaning and trash removal Access to restrooms Free on-site parking To make planning even easier, we also offer add-on services such as linen and décor packages to help bring your vision to life. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, our venue is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company after each event. We take cleanliness seriously, and your rental includes a full post-event cleaning to guarantee a spotless space upon arrival. Our cleaning process includes: Sanitizing of all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors Full restroom cleaning and restocking of supplies Complete trash removal with liners replaced Cleaning and sanitizing of the catering prep area Final walkthrough to ensure the venue meets our high cleanliness standards You can rest assured that your event will begin in a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment every time.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
