About Huff Estates Farm
Our space includes a large modern open plan kitchen and dining area with stove, parlour room with original stove. The farmhouse was lovingly renovated in 2022, so there are all new bathrooms, flooring and kitchen. 4 bedrooms are styled in a modern, farmhouse chic with large comfortable beds and complimentary decor. The house is great for film, television or still shoots. The house is situated on 65 acres of farmland with access to private trails, a private lake and sauna and hot tub. The barrel sauna offers panoramic views of the farmland and the hot tub is a great space to relax. A main draw of the house is the large rustic barn that is perfect for photoshoots, weddings and music recording. We have full power to the barn and golf carts to get around the property.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
