Upscale Dance Studio & Ballroom Event Space in Woodlands/Spring – Ideal for Events, Celebrations, Classes, and beyond Step into a beautifully designed dance studio that exudes elegance and warmth. With a spacious open floor plan, and stunning wood flooring, this space is perfect for a variety of activities, including social events, special celebrations and unique gatherings. The studio features full-length mirrors, a professional sound system, and adjustable lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. A comfortable lounge area offers a welcoming space to relax, while the open floor provides plenty of room for movement. Conveniently located right off the highway, the studio is easily accessible with ample free parking directly behind the building. Inside, you'll find 2,488 square feet of open dance floor and full-length mirrors, providing an ideal layout for birthdays, bridal showers, workshops, private lessons, group classes, special events and more. We’ve outfitted the space with a professional-grade sound system designed to energize the room. This includes two Behringer speakers with dual 15” woofers for rich, powerful bass, a JBL speaker for clear mids and vocals, and an American Audio amplifier that delivers clean, full-volume sound throughout the studio. Connectivity is seamless via Bluetooth, aux cord, or directly through laptops and tablets, and we provide both wired and wireless microphones for added convenience. To keep your guests comfortable, the studio features two private restrooms, a filtered water station, and a Keurig coffee bar. Our large staff lounge is also available and comes equipped with two refrigerators, a microwave, and an XL convection oven—perfect for event prep or casual breaks. For events, we can comfortably seat up to 70 guests and offer a range of table and layout options, including square, rectangular or oval tables that seat 4 -12 and 3 cocktail tables. Tables and chairs are included, and we offer optional upgrades like chair covers, tablecloths, dinette sets, premium glassware, wine chillers, and coolers for your convenience. Add on's including additional time, an event planner, and/or party host are available at discounted rates to elevate the experience of your event and maximize guest interaction and enjoyment. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
