This 1600 sq ft home in Charlotte blends hygge design with cinematic texture: ideal for photo shoots, boudoir sessions, and branded content creation. The space includes a private Finnish sauna, moody bedrooms with vintage & natural elements, and a Scandinavian-inspired kitchen. Each room offers distinct backdrops for editorial, fashion, or wellness storytelling. Our home has been used by photographers, filmmakers, and content creators seeking something cozy, sensual, and unexpected. The guest room channels quirky Wes Anderson, while the primary bedroom adds bold shadows and leather textures. Please note: production insurance is required for groups of 8+. Boudoir is welcome; adult filming is not.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
