We take pride in offering a clean and welcoming space for every guest. To maintain high standards, our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. ✅ Before Your Booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, seating, and tables) are disinfected Floors are vacuumed and mopped Bathroom and dressing areas are sanitized and stocked with essentials Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced Props and furniture are reset to their original layout ✅ After Your Booking: We ask guests to help us maintain cleanliness by: Removing all trash and placing it in the designated bin Wiping up spills or food debris Returning furniture and props to their original positions Taking all personal belongings and décor with them 🧽 Deep Cleaning: A professional deep cleaning is scheduled regularly to maintain hygiene and freshness in the space. 🧹 Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee may be included in your booking to cover light cleaning and disinfecting. Excessive messes or failure to follow cleanup guidelines may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
