Includes 700sq ft cafe with full menu: full-service espresso, empanadas and sandwich options available. Seating for 25 in cafe, with full windows and counter service. Garage is an indoor/outdoor space with 2 large garage doors that open to outdoor seating. Event space includes flexible table seating for up to 20 people, with capacity for up to 30 without tables. Includes 65" TV/Monitor and portable PA system. Great for classes, private events, beer and wine events, etc.

Space is an active cafe and restaurant, so it's thoroughly cleaned daily. Event space is also disinfected after each private use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
