The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking. • High-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, bathrooms) are disinfected thoroughly. • Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed after each event. • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use. • Deep cleaning is performed regularly to maintain luxury-level standards. • Guests are responsible for basic clean-up: removing personal items, bagging trash, and resetting the space to its original condition.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
