We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process before each booking to ensure the space is spotless, fresh, and ready to use. • All high-touch surfaces (door handles, remotes, counters, light switches, etc.) are disinfected • Floors are vacuumed and mopped using eco-friendly cleaning products • Soft surfaces like the couch and hammock chair are steamed or sprayed with fabric-safe disinfectant • All dishes and kitchen surfaces are cleaned and sanitized • We air out the unit between bookings to keep the space feeling fresh and well-ventilated • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in the space for guest use We ask that all guests treat the space with the same respect and cleanliness they’d want in return, helping us keep it beautiful and safe for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
