Welcome to Area 91, a professional acoustically treated studio designed for all artists, producers, mixers, and vocalists in mind. Also features a separate vocal booth for capturing clean, high-quality vocal recordings for all voice styles. The studio features a high-end gear setup, including: • Universal Audio 6176 mic preamp/compressor channel strip and a • Neumann microphone for clean, professional vocal recordings. • Nearfield Monitoring is handled by a pair of Yamaha HS8 as well as a set of Mackie SRM V-Class loudspeakers for full-range playback. With a KRK Subwoofer. • A MODX keyboard is also available for writing, composing, or sound design. • Pioneer XDJ-XZ DJ Controller • For those looking for additional monitoring options, Avantone Pro CLA-10s are available for an extra fee. The space also includes convenient amenities to keep your sessions comfortable and productive: a private bathroom and a fully functional kitchen are available for use during your booking. Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned between bookings to ensure a tidy and comfortable environment for each guest. This includes wiping down surfaces, taking out trash, and resetting the space to its original layout. While we don't offer deep cleaning or sanitization services between every session, we maintain a clean and orderly space suitable for creative work. We ask guests to treat the space with care and leave it in the same condition it was found to help us maintain a high standard for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
