Our Cleaning Commitment We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests. The Cypress Meeting Room at Courtyard Fort Lauderdale North/Cypress Creek is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Our cleaning process includes: Daily Disinfection: All high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and AV equipment are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. Deep Cleaning Between Events: After each event, the room undergoes a complete reset, including vacuuming carpets, wiping all surfaces, and sanitizing equipment. Restroom Maintenance: Nearby restrooms are checked and cleaned regularly throughout the day to ensure a hygienic experience. Optional Midday Refresh: For full-day events, a mid-event cleaning refresh can be arranged upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
