About Hidden Village Social Club
Our motto is "Hidden, but Connected" providing a discreet highly modular and highly functional event space. The location has a many features including but not limited to: - sound system with Bluetooth connection and Microphone - 4 TVs with provided HDMI chords. - Dimmable main lights. - Multiple furnishing options with venue furniture - Games - (Uno, Phase 10, Dominoes ...etc) - Water and Popcorn machine (If requested) - venue lock coded access for Event creators - Temperature Control This is a small 40 people max modular venue that is fully equipped to provide intimacy, style, and standout experiences. Allowing the event creator to take full control and bring their event to light. It is an 7 shape, with the back left containing a washroom and a bathroom. There is some space between bath/washroom and the longer open space. (Perfect for a standing bar, 1 on 1 section...etc) The location can have all the followig: - Game Nights - Hosting, Game Hall - Private Small Parties - Recording Location - Creative Space - Social Gatherings - Small Business Gathering - Non-Profit Location - Art Gallery - Make Up Studio - Photo Studio - Gaming Tournaments - Watch Parties - Birthday Parties - Award Ceremonies

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All surfaces sprayed with disinfecting spray and the wiped down. Floor is swept and mopped with disinfecting solution . Bathroom is cleaned at the end of the day, toilet scrubbed, trash emptied, sink cleaned. The utility closet sink is washed as well. Water dispenser grate is emptied and the waterspout is also sprayed and wiped down with disinfected. The spout is then ran to get rid of any cleaner still in the dispenser.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
