Before You Leave, Please: • Throw away all trash in the bins provided (extra bags available on-site) • Return any furniture or décor you moved back to its original place • Remove all personal items, props, or decorations • Wipe up any spills or food messes—especially around the pool and furniture • Collect and dispose of balloons, streamers, or confetti (if used) • Do a quick check for glass or sharp objects near the pool Please Avoid: • Leaving food, drinks, or trash behind • Staining outdoor cushions with oils, lotions, or makeup • Using glitter, confetti, or colored powders (unless approved in advance) • Pouring anything into the pool or outdoor drains Important Notes: • A $150 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the space is left overly dirty, damaged, or requires special cleaning. • Please inform us of any spills or accidents—things happen, and we appreciate the heads-up!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
