It’s been used for music video shoots (especially by local rappers), podcast recordings, professional photo shoots, and branded content production. Whether you're capturing visuals, recording audio, or just looking for a visually inspiring setting, our space adapts easily to your creative needs. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The studio features an open-concept layout with flexible zones that can be customized based on your project. There’s a main shooting area ideal for video and photography, a cozy corner often used for podcast setups, and plenty of room to set up lighting, props, or backdrops. The space flows well for both solo creators and small teams, and it's easy to rearrange for different types of productions. What unique features or amenities does your space have? One of our standout features is the rooftop access, which offers a raw, urban vibe that creators love for outdoor shots, golden hour photography, and cityscape backdrops. Inside, the space includes high ceilings, natural light, and a curated selection of gear and props to enhance your shoot. We also have a chill area for downtime, and our creative aesthetic makes the space feel inspiring the moment you walk in.

Our Studio Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and professional experience. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, tables, props, gear) are disinfected before and after each session. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped regularly. Any used furniture or set pieces are sanitized after each shoot. Sanitization Supplies Provided Hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and paper towels are available on-site for your use. Disposable gloves and masks can be provided upon request. Time Between Bookings We schedule a buffer between bookings to allow for a complete cleaning reset and to prevent overlap between guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
