Tropical Green Space in South Florida
About the Space
We have a large open green space, with established plantings, large tropical trees and a mixture of shady and sunny spots that are private. We have an active chicken coop and a goat nearby that can add to a farm style event. There is a tiki hut bar area and some paved areas that are also landscaped. The space is a 1/2 acre that is private but easily accessible to highways and main roads in Broward County.

It's an outdoor space that is well ventilated and cleaned. We wipe down high touch surfaces after the event and clean prior to new events arriving.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
