We hire a professional cleaner who comes once a week to deep clean common areas like the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and floors. Before each new guest arrives, the private room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized—linens are freshly washed, high-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the space is prepared with care. We ask all guests to help maintain cleanliness during their stay by cleaning up after themselves and being respectful of shared spaces. It’s a quiet, tidy home, and we take pride in keeping it that way.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
