About Bare Space
BARE SPACE is ideal for portraits, model development, still life, and film photography — especially for those working with natural light and higher ISO. The space is open and minimal: 200 square feet with 13-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and a large east-facing window that fills the room with direct morning sun and soft, glowing light throughout the day. A full-length Hollywood mirror, fabric backdrops, and lighting equipment are available. The layout is flexible, with no built-in sets or barriers — just clear space for light, form, and creation. The building offers elevator access, restrooms, and drinking fountains.

BARE SPACE is cleaned thoroughly on a weekly schedule and as needed between bookings. We ask all renters to leave the space as they found it to help maintain a clean, minimal environment for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
