Trash & Reset • Empty trash bins and replace liners (especially in bathroom and prep areas). • Remove any leftover food, drinks, or personal items. • Wipe down tabletops and seating surfaces. 3. Disinfect High-Touch Surfaces • Wipe and sanitize: • Door handles and entry points • Light switches and countertops • Sinks, faucets, and fridge handles • Check-in counter or front desk • Restroom surfaces (toilet, flush handle, sink) 4. Floors • Sweep or vacuum all floors (especially near the entrance and event areas). • Spot mop any visible spills or scuffs. 5. Restroom Refresh • Clean and disinfect toilet and sink. • Wipe mirrors and check for water spots. • Refill toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. • Take out trash. 6. Prep Area / Kitchenette • Wipe down counter, sink, and mini fridge (if used). • Check for crumbs or spills. • Refill paper towels if provided. 7. Final Touches • Straighten decor or promotional items. • Spray a neutral air freshener or ventilate space. • Turn off/on lights and music as needed. • Lock up or prepare for the next booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
