The event space includes a hall that can accommodate up to 100 persons (Den), adjacent to a transition space for the service, a basement living room, a kitchenette, and a washing room. It is downstairs in a residential house. The event space is well-suited for events such as private dinners, indoor baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, corporate meetings, and filming services.

The event spaces are cleaned after each event and one day before the next event. A professional company disinfects all the property according to standard procedures. There is bi-weekly lawn mowing, and two days before every event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
