Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a great experience in a fresh, well-maintained environment. We use a professional cleaning company that performs a full cleaning after each event and also maintains the space with weekly deep cleanings. This includes: Sweeping and mopping all floors Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and common areas Sanitizing tables, chairs, and shared equipment Restocking restrooms with paper goods and soap Emptying all trash bins and removing waste Guests are asked to tidy up and leave the space in the condition it was found. Please include any setup or cleanup time in your rental to ensure a smooth transition between bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
