54 acres within 30 minutes of downtown Nashville, Clarksville, and Springfield, Tennessee. Great for photo and video shoots with lots of options for pasture, creek, woods, and barn shots. Wonderfully quiet therapy horses sometimes available for an extra fee, depending on timing. We have two rustic bathrooms, a 32 x 83 large indoor space with 15' roofline, some smaller spaces are heated and air conditioned, but most is not.

We thoroughly disinfect indoor barn spaces after every event with disinfectant spray and/or wipes, depending on the area being disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
