The space is conveniently located in the heart of Farmers Branch, 3 minutes away from the Dallas Galleria Mall. Our studio size is 1000+ square feet with the ability to be rented for multiple uses including but not limited to: photo/video projects, bridal showers, baby showers, small parties, workshops, vending events, and professional gatherings and more. For reservations, time must include set up and clean up time. The studio includes a private bathroom. 2 6 ft folding tables, 3 (8) seating round tables and 50 chairs are available for rent and NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Tables & chairs can be rented as a add on when booking. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE STUDIO UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION START TIME AND MUST BE COMPLETELY OUT BY YOUR RESERVATION END TIME. You are able to bring in outside foods and drinks. You will receive set up and clean up instructions after booking. (Peerspace's "cleaning fee" is our general event fee and does not cover full cleaning of the space. This additional fee is not refundable or any sort of retainer/deposit.) Confetti are allowed but must be totally cleaned up to enable the space is neat for the next guest. Confetti not properly cleared/cleaned will result in a $100 fine. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect our event space daily and in between guests to ensure the space is safe and sanitized. Although we will assist with cleaning and everything our guests need, but we expect and appreciate every guest to clean up after themselves, take away trash and big spills from their time in the space and leave the space the way they met it. There will be a staff on premise to help with cleaning to make sure the space is cleaned up as quickly as possible so that the space can be ready for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
