Cleaning & Sanitation Process We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. The studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after every booking Including high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, counters, and restroom fixtures. All shared surfaces are disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning products approved for studio use. Fresh trash liners are provided and removed after every booking. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in the studio for your team to use throughout your session. We kindly ask all guests to leave the space as they found it, and we’re happy to offer light touch-up cleaning supplies upon request during your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
