Welcome to Studio Nook Chicago, a bright and thoughtfully designed natural light studio tucked into the creative Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. With 1,200 sqft, 13 ft ceilings, and expansive south-facing 16ft-wide windows, the space is designed for creators, storytellers, and soulful brands. Whether you're capturing portraits, hosting mini sessions, or bringing your unique vision to life, Studio Nook offers both versatility and warmth. We prioritize comfort and ease. You’ll find reliable Wi-Fi, central AC, and a layout that gives you full flexibility to create without interruption. A curated selection of seating in soft neutral tones helps provide both function and style. Included with Your Booking 4 Shooting Zones: - Clean white wall as a neutral backdrop, with optional stools, chairs, or an ottoman. - 3 Seasonal Setups ready for your next session Furniture: Neutral-toned white sofa, accent chairs, stools, side tables Please lift any furniture when repositioning and do not drag, as dragging may damage or mark the white floor mat and carpet. Lighting: Gorgeous natural light all day from south-facing windows Feel free to bring your own strobes or LEDs as needed Gear & Props: Private fitting room with clothing rack Kid-friendly props to ease any frustration Lifestyle accents including vases, martini glasses, flowers and coffee table books to add personality and texture to your shoot Additional Info Free building-dedicated parking lot + easy street parking Elevator building with convenient load-in ramp Shared restrooms located in the hallway Self-serve studio: please include time to set up and clean up within your booking window When your session is done, leave the space as you found it to avoid a cleaning fee and help keep the space lovely for the next guest We want you to feel at ease and inspired during your time here. Hi there! I'm Becky with Bloom and Gather Photography. I specialize in freezing time during the most fleeting seasons of life - weddings, newborns, and the "little years" with your kids. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were. Health and Safety Measures

Guests are required to clean up after themselves and return the space to its original condition by the end of their booking time. For the white flooring, please either remove your shoes or clean any visible marks before leaving to avoid a $25 cleaning fee per occurrence. Please follow current CDC guidelines during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
