**Please reference the 3D Tour for the most updated version of the space** Welcome to our creative space in the heart of the Arts District, Los Angeles! Spanning 1,500 sq. ft., this space is perfect for your intimate event, ranging from birthday parties, game nights, workshops, screenings, celebrations, brand events, speaking engagements, vendor marketsm performances and more. The space can hold 40 people sitting and about 70 people standing. The space comes with 35 chairs as well as 4 folding tables. We also have a photobooth company, and you are able to add your own booth to your booking at a discount for booking the space. Visit Visibooth.com to explore our work. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
