The space features two low-lit bedrooms, ideal for moody, atmospheric shots, and a small but mighty bathroom. The lounge area offers a comfortable vibe, while the beautiful kitchen adds a bright, inviting backdrop. But the star of the show? The front room — complete with eye-catching wallpaper and a vintage record player — offering a truly one-of-a-kind setting that will elevate any project. Please note: - The house does not have air conditioning. - The living room is heated by two plug-in radiators.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for every guest. After each booking, Obies Abode undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitization process that includes: - Deep cleaning of all surfaces, including counters, fixtures, and furniture. - Disinfecting high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and bathroom fixtures. - Fresh linens and towels (if applicable) are replaced. - Floors are carefully swept and mopped to maintain pristine condition. - Special attention is given to the bathroom to ensure it remains spotless and hygienic. - The space is aired out between bookings to keep it fresh and comfortable. - This rigorous cleaning routine helps ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests and collaborators.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
