Included in the Boardrooms 10-12 comfortable conference leather swivel chairs, 60 inch flat screen TV, Bose video sound bar, dedicated WIFI, pens and paper and a dry erase board or flip chart with food and beverage options. Additional banquet chairs are available to be placed around the room. Included in our Venue spaces are various sizes and types of tables with linens and banquet chairs to set up for a reception, meal, conference, banquet, theater, or classroom. We offer dedicated event WIFI, the ability to rent dance floors, stage (3-6x8ft planks), 2 podiums, various easels, dry erase boards, flip charts, sanctions. We work closely with our AV partner Pinnacle to help with all your event AV needs.

The hotel has onsite cleaning team at all times should you need anything. Should copious amounts of trash and mess be left behind, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
