Health and Safety Measures

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We follow a thorough and professional cleaning process before and after each booking to ensure the space is spotless, hygienic, and welcoming. Before Each Booking: Deep Surface Cleaning: All high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, countertops, and remote controls are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. Furniture & Seating Areas: Couches, chairs, and cushions are vacuumed and sanitized. Any fabric or upholstered surfaces are treated with a fabric-safe disinfectant spray. Restrooms: Bathrooms are scrubbed, sanitized, and restocked with fresh supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels). All fixtures are polished and disinfected. Kitchenette Area: The microwave, bar tables, and all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Trash is emptied and bins are sanitized. Outdoor Seating: Outdoor furniture is wiped down and disinfected, and the area is cleared of any debris or dust. Flooring: All floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped using antibacterial floor cleaners suitable for the flooring type.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
